4 Ways to Tackle Stressful Situations
Holy moly mackanoly last week was stressful! Week 6 of my bodybuilding bikini competition prep is always stressful because I’m afraid I’m not prepared enough, but when you add in the fact that the place where I work closed while I was on vacation and I had to figure out where to host a premiere party for American Grit, well, that really through me for a tizzy.
Here’s a video telling you about last week’s cluster and 4 solutions I came up with to get past my obstacles. Hope you find them useful and can apply them to your own stressful situations.
Hey, if you’re a local, come on down to Hanovers Draught Haus for my premiere party! American Grit starts at 9 pm, so start showing up around 8 pm to get a good seat.
