Austin Woman Magazine and My Next Book
Since Thanksgiving I’ve been on a mad dash (can you relate?) to get everything done, so I’m only just now able to update you on some exciting news:
I’m going to be in the January issue of Austin Woman Magazine in the Woman to Watch section! Here’s a picture from the photoshoot.

I’ve also been busy finishing up my next book “The SLI Method” which is going through the editing process right now. The SLI Method stands for She’s Losing It Method (which spells out SLIM… pretty cool huh?) and is all the bodybuilding techniques – everything I spent thousands of dollars and time in the gym to learn – to become an international bikini and sports model winner.
This book is designed for women who want to get fit and feel confident in their own skin. Not everyone wants to wear a bikini but everyone wants to become their best, healthiest self. My clients who follow the program tell me they feel better, sleep better, are less stressed and more confident and in some cases have been able to get off various medications once they reached a healthy weight.
The SLI Method focuses on three aspects: the Belly, Body and Brain.

This book is dedicated to all the women who have read my memoir, She’s Losing It! and have been inspired to get healthy. This book is the manual for how I lost the weight and how you can too.
The release date is winter 2019.
