NO. My plan is unique, just like you! Unless your personal trainer is certified in using my SLI Method, you will not get the results you desire in the way that is best suited for you and your lifestyle.

Cheat days are explained fully (and allowed) as part of the SLI Method, as long as certain, specific rules are followed, so you don’t get derailed from your fitness goals.  We can talk more about it during the check-in calls.
