Halloween Costume Options for Mommies

Last year it was all so clear:  I was a Zombie Cheerleader for Halloween.  It said, “sporty, yet cannibalistic.”

This year I’m puzzled.  Sure, I could go the Super Woman route or do the more traditional wicked witch, but I was always a witch when I was heavy because it allowed me to wear a slimming black cloak.  Why is it that women’s Halloween costumes come in two choices:  Slutty or witch costume?

Really?  These “ringmaster” costumes aren’t even trying to be anything other than risque.

Come on!  Since when were nerds sexy???  If boys found brainy acts attractive I would have had an amazing social life in high school.

I just can’t do “witch” again.  Ultimately, Ima have to go with Mother of Dragons from Game of Thrones, but with a longer skirt.  (I’m a mother after all; a little decorum is required.)
