Good Luck, Turbo!!

Nicole Paynes is a member of Mel’s Machines, the all women’s bodybuilding team I’m on.  Even though she moved to Chicago earlier this year, her Austin team has her back!  Our coach, Melissa Merritt Coker, continues to do her nutrition and cardio plans.  

Nicole is competing today at the NPC North Americans.  Join me in wishing her luck!
