Declutter: Part I

Dear Corner of My Kitchen:

NO!!!
NO!!!

I’m so sorry, but you’ve got to get yourself in check.  While sorting through you I found:  papers (tons of papers,) little Henry’s socks, popsicle sticks, Rylee’s homework that was missing since before school got out, one (1) blue mitten, a hammer (?) and various DVDs.  One word for you kitchen counter:  No.

Yes!!!
Yes!!!

Now each kid has their own section for their stuff.  The front folder has scratch paper for them to draw on so they don’t keep snagging my office paper.  I have an in basket for paperwork from school/nursery school I’m supposed to follow up on.  Let’s hope this lasts!

Are you doing any “special projects” in this week between holidays?
