My Body is a Science Project: Week 11 – Texas State Naturals Championship

OK, I’m a little off on the timing of this post, considering tomorrow starts week 10, but then again, I’ve been dealing with both kids doing back-to-school stuff this week.

In case you were wondering, it’s called the “Natural”  because they do drug testing to ensure no one does steroids.   (Not every bodybuilding competition does this.)  Anyway, here are the pics for the bikini competition countdown for the Texas State Naturals Championship…

 

 

 

 
My new diet has so much food!!!  I feel like I’m eating all day (which, I guess, I am) in an attempt to add muscle mass.  The weights are getting pretty heavy too.  Basically I’m sore every day, but it’s good because that means my muscles are growing.  Yay!

  1. Holy Moley Lisa- you are going to do great – you look like you are 3 weeks out!!! 😉 I have to comment on your glute-hamstring tie. Amazing what progress you have made. What glute exercises are you doing? That is my hardest area to see progress in. You rock and are so inspiring! Keep up the great work!
