Final Month of Bikini Competition Training
My friend, Jenny, flew back to NJ this weekend. We filmed a bunch of stuff during her visit; I just need to edit it! So I’m still working on what happened during week 5 of show prep.

I’m also really happy to announce that they are doing a drink special called THE GREEN MACHINE, which is a skinny drink made with vodka, cucumbers and lime (be healthy y’all!) and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the No Excuses Charitable Fund started by my cadre, purple heart recipient Noah Galloway.
In the meantime, I promised y’all that I would post weekly videos what it’s like to train for a bodybuilding bikini competition, so here’s where I’m at this week – the final month before the Drop Zone competition!
I’d love to show you a progress picture, but I can’t. It is a competition after all and I don’t want the other bikini competitors getting a sneak peak! I will show you all of them after though.
To say I’m excited is an understatement. I feel a real rush of energy to finish strong. In the video I talk a little bit about how my macros and exercise routine will change this month.
