Favourite is eggs followed by oatmeal – but usually F all happens and I’m running late for work because I haven’t been sleeping well.

When I first started training years ago, it was eggs and toast. Then I switched to steel cut oatmeal. Now, I drink a smoothie with fruit, veggies, spirulina, and maca powder. Coffee was a large part of my routine in the last few months because I was falling asleep at work. This no longer happens. with the juice. My body does not have to digest and I am in better shape!
What is spirulina and maca powder? Never heard of those things
Maca powder provides many minerals and trace elements. Most important, maca powder improves testosterone production. (you probably do not need this one) Which can help build muscle mass, lose weight, and boost sexual function.
Spirulina is a blue green algae that contains all amino acids and is 60% protein. It also contains many phytochemicals that help fight disease.

I have to eat so many egg whites I started drinking them just to get them down!
I can’t eat oatmeal b/c of texture issues. My favourite breakfast in a world where calories didn’t exist would be a blueberry muffin (or if I was back in the states a whole wheat bagel and strawberry cream cheese from Dunkin Donuts.) Right now my practical breakfast favourite is bacon and eggs.
I chose: (d) existing in a world where calories don’t exist. 🙂
I’m a sucker for a half of a whole wheat bagel with almond butter and fresh blueberries. Oh, or pumpkin flax granola with almond milk….
I used to love cinnamon raisin bagels with cream cheese. *sigh*
Can’t choose between a, c & d! I usually eat oatmeal daily, but love having oatmeal pancakes too (I’ve written up the recipe for them, sooo yummy), and I LOVE poached eggs!

I forgot how much I love pancakes. Oh – and French toast. Ok, now I’m hungry.
Just tried Special K Vanilla Almond and am in love.
My son loves any cereal with almonds in it. He would probably dig the Special K.
I like oatmeal but I find oatbran more filling and satisfying- I soak mine overnight in unsweetened almond milk and a few fresh blueberries, ready to grab and run in the morning 🙂
I never tried soaking it over night. Hmmm…

Favoritest non-healthy? Crepes with maple syrup. The good kind too – not sugar free….mmmmm!
Ill have to send you some real Canadian maple syrup!
