Summer is fast approaching (which means homeschooling ends and my schedule will open up for new clients!) Space is limited. I have openings for four (4) clients in the Round Rock/Pflugerville area.

My clients range from teenagers…
to retired teachers, moms, men and people looking to get their groove back.
Training is at a private fitness facility, MVP Elite Fitness, in Round Rock. Only two trainers work at any given time, so there won’t be a ton of people staring at you as you sweat, like in big box gyms. There is also no monthly gym membership fee; you just pay for your private sessions.
My rate is $65/hour and I only have four (4) slots left.
Each client gets a customized fitness plan and suggested meal plan based on your answers on your client goals questionnaire. We take measurements each month to track your progress and hold you accountable to your goals.
I’m not just a personal trainer, I’m a woman who used to be borderline obese until I entered a bodybuilding competition and fixed my messy life in the process, so I know what it’s like to feel frumpy and out of control, and I know how to get healthy.
Going from an emotional eating mom to a middle-aged bikini winner was such a life altering experience I wrote a book about it called, “She’s Losing It!” (you can buy a copy here). It’s like a Rocky for Moms.
I’ve won multiple bikini competitions, including international Ms. Costa Rica Sports Model in 2017 and my transformation story was featured in Muscle & Fitness Hers, Good Day Austin, Great Day Houston and Texas Monthly.
I’m a Mom’s Choice Award writer, original cast member of FOX/John Cena’s “American Grit”
