Free Fitness Challenge

Are you ready to get healthy?  It’s easier to stick with your fitness goals when you’re having fun.  To that end, I’ve created a free fitness challenge to keep you and your friends motivated all month long.

Here’s what to do:

  3. Email #entries to sheslosingit.net @gmail.com by 2/3/18 for a chance to win my book.  Winner announced 2/10/18.

What’s the SLI Method?

The SLI Method is everything I learned in doing half a decade of bodybuilding bikini competitions –  How I lost 50 lbs. and kept it off ever since.  It’s concepts are discussed in my memoir “She’s Losing It!”.  The SLI Method combines three components:  Belly (eat clean), Body (do targeted strength training and cardio) and Brain (overcome your mental blocks keeping you in the land of excuses.)  Clean eating means eating whole, natural, unprocessed foods, avoiding sugar (except for the occasional cheat meal) and exercising consistently.
