12 Week Progress Pics – Drop Zone

Hello everyone!  It’s 12 weeks out to my next bikini competition, the Drop Zone.  I’m making YouTube videos every few days showing what it’s like to train for a bodybuilding competition.  In this video I show you my progress pictures, something I take each week and send to my coach, Robin.  Based on the pictures and my weight he adjusts my macros and/or exercises for the following week.

***Warning*** In this video I am wearing a posing suit.  It’s not risqué but it is small and I do a front and back pose, so if small bikinis make you uncomfortable or you don’t want your kids in the room when you watch this, I just wanted to give you a heads up.
