Harvard: McDonald’s French Fries Good For You???

New research from the Harvard School of Public Health suggests that people who eat McDonald’s French fries (size medium) an average of once per week have higher levels of “good” HDL cholesterol and lower levels of triglycerides than people who skip the golden sticks of salty deliciousness entirely.McDonalds french fries

Oh, who am I kidding?  April Fool’s.

Anyway, wow, it’s April already!  Here’s how I did on last month’s goals:

  1. Make another YouTube video.  I did!  And it’s ridiculously silly.  In case you missed it, here it is:
  2. Get a full split on my left side.  No.  Did not happen even remotely.  My legs just don’t work like that.
  3. Watch comedians.  I watched a Kevin Hart’s “Let Me Explain” and a documentary called “50 Years at the Improv” which was really interesting.  Hopefully, this will magically make me funnier when I do my stand up routine at amateur night.

How about you?  Did you get anyone with April Fools?  Did you have any goals last month?

Lisa ;)
