Quick Fit!
“I’m too busy to exercise,” is a common dilemma that the new Quit Fit DVD addresses. It has 30 five minute workouts divided into three main sections (Cardio, Strength and Core) as well as longer preset routines combining exercises from each of the three sections.
The cardio sections have standard moves, dance combos and boxing. (My favorite segments were the boxing ones.) The strength segments used light weights and had a lot of combined upper and lower exercises like squats with curls. There were also isolated routines that just focused on the booty. I really liked the shoulder workout. The core section was filled with everybody’s favorite: planks. There were also a lot of Pilates moves.
Have only 5 minutes and like variety? Looking for a moderate difficulty level and not “Insanity” where you get scared by the warm up? This might be the DVD for you.
It will be in stores next month or you can check out their website, www.acacialifestyle.com.
What’s your favorite workout DVD?
