Oh my God, these are AWFUL! I’m not sure if my trainer, Mel, had us to 800 of these things as punishment for me oversleeping through yesterday’s workout, or because I came for the workout today instead of tomorrow because I’m a dork and can’t read my email schedule, or maybe it’s just her new hardcore personality as Mrs. Coker, but whatever the case standing is no longer an option.
Neither is sitting. Or walking.

I find the split squat at this moment challenging. It works the deep muscle fibers. So for me, these are challenging at the moment.

Split squats are hard! They really make your muscles burn, don’t they?
Weighted lunges, I hate them!
Then you would really hate my first trainer, Daniel. He made me do 400 walking lunges a day with a 40 lb. bar on my back. Not fun. (But effective…)
Oh man it’s terrible. It’s crazy too because I usually love anything that burns like crazy but there is something about the burn in a lunge that I hate! Definitely crazy effective though.
I know – ouch, right?!
I have to do that for my PT! It’s insane isn’t it? The day after she had me do it for the first time, I couldn’t sit down without sort of falling down.
LOL! That was me all day yesterday. I could barely get out of the car.

Tying a rubber band round my legs looks like fun. I cannot wait to not be able to walk without looking lika cowboy.
