Exercise Quiz: Cardio or Strength
Had booty camp at 8 a.m., usher training 10-noon, now I’m taking Rylee to swim lessons. Have not dyed the eggs. Have not made my house look like Martha Stewart’s house yet. Have not pre-written my blog post like I was going to.
First attempt at blog post:
5 Tips to Clean Your House Quickly:
- Hire a maid.
The end
Ok, that’s a lame post and it also has nothing to do with Fitness. So Ima recycle a post idea from a blogger challenge hosted by Fitness Cheerleader last summer.
Cardio or Strength?
I vote for strength. Cardio takes longer than writing a blog post and it messes up your hair.
Which do you prefer?

Cardio… Relieves the stresses of the day and is better than a “shrink” at making me feel better! 😉
There is a phrase I hear a lot at the gym – Vanity or Sanity? I vote sanity.
I prefer strength training because I just feel stronger every time I do it.
Strength is the new cardio.
Tough one – cardio (running) gives me my escapism, but strength makes me feel like I’ve actually done something. Both give the invaluable endorphins.
Why choose? Can I be greedy and choose both?
I’m all about being greedy. Rock on cardio/strength/escapist/achiever.
I prefer strength training but I know I need cardio. HIIT is fun 🙂
I’m running a 10k in 3 weeks. I’m slightly scare given that I can’t actually run 1K :O
If you can run 1k you can run 10. You’ll do great. When you feel like you don’t want to lift your feet any more, just do it anyway. It’s all mental. 😉
