Usually this is the next day for me… but still, cute and true! Aaaaaaaaaaaaand how my legs and lower back are feeling right this instant. Guess what?! I’m back up to my personal record (PR) for regular deadlifts!
No pain, no gain! I love it when I hurt the next day..or even two days later! That’s when you really know it worked!

I get that feeling when I haven’t worked a certain muscle in awhile. It helps me know I did it right.
Sometimes I like feeling sore too.
