Day #4 – What is Your Favorite Clean Eating Breakfast Recipe?
I’m partial to sweet things for breakfast, like pancakes and muffins, but what I’ve really been craving are crepes. I’m new to clean eating and have been looking on Pintrest to find some clean eating crepe recipes but honestly I don’t recognize a lot of the ingredients they seem to use, so I’m going to make due with what’s in my pantry and hope for the best…

I bet it would be delicious with coconut oil instead of olive oil! Either way they look easy and yummy…..I will have to try! Thanks!
Welcome! Hmm – I’ll try coconut oil next time.

Yum. Love oatmeal mix ups
On days I really need a good energy boost I love to add together:
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 sliced banana
1/4 cup chopped apricots
dash of cinnamon
1 packet splenda
-keeps me full forever and there’s lots of potassium in the banana and apricots 🙂 yum!
Do you eat it hot or cold? I think I have those ingredients in my pantry already and would like to try this.
Yum!!

I’ll have to try this – I bought Greek yogurt and pears yesterday.
Now if only I could get myself to like oatmeal- or at least not have such texture issues.

Textures can make a difference. It took me a million years before I tried a peach because it was fuzzy.
