You Ate It? Negate It! Candy Corn
According to Shape.com one handful of candy corn (about 20 pieces) = 150 calories. It takes 37 minutes of walking to burn that off.

Also, apparently Oreo cookies just came out with a new candy corn filling just in time to add more calories to your Halloween celebrations. Oh goody!
