Lisa Hilton – Inspiring Lady

Hi Everyone,

I met Lisa Hilton waiting for my spray on tan at the Adela Garcia Classic.  She is a single mom who went through some tough times and yet managed to go from a size 10 to 2 in 7 months and she won several fitness awards.  Her goal is to win the Texas State Naturals on her actual 40th birthday.  How cool would that be?

Anyway, she was such a positive person and gave me some good advice about blogging, weight loss and female body building, so I thought it would be nice to introduce her to you.
