Look for the Helpers

You will always find people who are helping.’ To this day, especially in times of ‘disaster,’ I remember my mother’s words and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers – so many caring people in this world.” – Fred Rogers

It’s true.  Just look in your neighborhood right now.   People are bringing in bags of food for homeless shelters.  Toys for Tots boxes are overflowing to help needy kids.  The 12-12-12 Concert helped people who lost their homes to Super Storm Sandy.

Every day we are lucky enough to be on this earth we should strive to be helpers.
