Top 15 Blog Posts of 2015

For those of you who have been following me for a while, you know that 2015 was a pivotal year filled with turmoil, sadness and overcoming obstacles I never thought possible.

For those of you new to my blog (or are bored at work and trolling the web – you know who you are) here’s a collection of my top 15 posts from 2015.  Like my blog, they’re pretty eclectic.  Sometimes they are a day-in-the-life about training for a bodybuilding competition, other posts include exercise videos (like Build A Better Booty) and some are more personal, dealing with my mom’s cancer and balancing family with fitness.

I’m putting them in chronological order so they will make sense if you are new to this blog.  I hope you will find something that encourages you, offers you a helpful tip, or just lets you know it’s ok to struggle sometimes.  As Nietzsche said, “That which does not kill you makes you stronger.”
